I’d let it pass, but the true giant of a proud Black man who taught me civ. pro. argued Bivens in front of the Supremes, on behalf of this very same NAACP. And he was a clerk for Thurgood Marshall, who himself had argued Brown… on behalf of the same NAACP. [So I’ll rise now… to defend my betters — my brothers, of a greater God.]
