Finally — Paul Mirengoff Will Admit, After Visiting The EU, That He Overstates America’s [Non-Existent] Decline…

Paul is now back from his two weeks abroad, it seems.

And bracingly, but unsurprisingly — he offers lots of old guy carping — again.

But buried in all of it, is the admission that… in the main, he and his fellow travelers, Hinderaker, Johnson and Hayward… tend to overstate the declines they see… mostly because they are just old — and wish for the return of the 1950s of their falsely idyllic youth.

That is… refreshing.
