Trivial Post Alert: Well This Is… Silly.

Whopperline-Hinderaker-Libels-BLM-2017 Tonight John plugs his daughter’s political organization — and begs his followers for donations to it.

I see that as small-minded and provincial thinking, on his part — but well within John’s usual chicanery, using his readership, for personal / family financial gain.

This — at the end of the above linked solicitation post — made me smile. If you know me, you will know why (as he went on a vacuous tangent):

“…Turning Point is an aggressive, fun, principled, pro-free market organization that was founded by Charlie Kirk and received a huge boost from the contributions of Candace Owens, whom I wrote about here. Later this month, I will attend a portion of TPUSA’s Young Black Leadership Summit at the White House. I know, I am neither young nor black, but managed to wangle an invitation anyway….”

So… a doughy, late 60-ish, stiff, old white protestant will hang with the only three existing “leaders” of the young black conservative movement, at Trump’s White House, soon? [To be abundantly clear here, real conservatives — black or white — do not endorse Trump. Or his policies of big government graft, and corruption / nepotism for personal gain.

Moreover, he is truly a socialist — look at his farm payoffs, to offset his tariffs nonsense.]

That’s… precious, John. Just precious. Party on man.

[U] So… Your “almost certainly false” Now Numbers At Least Three People — Over At Least Five Years…

whopperlie-hinderaker-2017UPDATED: Monday 09.24.18 Evening: Now that Kavanaugh and his wife appeared on Fox News, tonight — John’s review, of that dramatic acting event is in.

With the above link, John has tacitly admitted that whether Kavanaugh is telling the truth is… irrelevant to him, any longer. He said that Kavanaugh’s performance was “good but not great.” Said another way, John admits the witness was way over-prepped, and simply repeated a tiny number of puzzlingly terse but well-rehearsed sound-bites.

That is — Kavanaugh is trying to avoid lying under oath — come Thursday. Welcome to post-truth 2018 Supreme Court attempted ram-rodding — by the GOP’s far right. So yes — John is all but conceding (as McConnell did, earlier on Monday) that Kavanaugh’s fate will almost certainly fall, and die — on the floor vote, on Thursday. The hard right GOP clearly doesn’t have the votes.  [End updated portion.]

At some point, John (your early Sunday Kavanaugh nonsense may be found here), the simpler explanation is going to be that Kavanaugh is a liar.

Where is that line John? Three? Five?

And when would you like to add to the count — his only weeks’ old lies, at this point — about relying on stolen email to attack an opponent?

WhopperLie-Hinderaker-06-16-2017And… about the encounter with the Parkland father (that one is on videotape)? [BTW, since you wrote yours, Mr. Avenatti now alleges Kavanaugh and Judge organized booze- and drug- induced attempted and completed gang sexual assaults, on various women, in bathrooms — at “parties“… and this is separate from his exposing himself at a party to a Yale woman.]

John — your soul is desiccating, as we watch. Soon it will truly be only a bitter mote — hard-burnt and wrinkled by the blast-furnace of your craven shilling for one sociopath after another.

Her Title Is “Professor” — To You, John.

final-scal…And I, for one, believe her. [John’s whining screed — aimed mostly at Senator Flake, but also at the PhD holding victim — may be found here. Among other matters, John denigrates her — by refusing to accord to her, her earned title.]

I don’t give a rip that you don’t believe her. [Maybe you and your handlers should have considered that some one or more of these thousands of bales of straw just might break the back of the “camel” nominee called Kavanaugh. He’s dry humps, doubled.] That is, there were, and are, a thousand reasons to oppose Kavanaugh, and Sen. Flake (R., and a Judiciary Committee member) has apparently decided tonight this will be the hill he dies on, related to the ill-starred  nomination.

I’m okay with that.

Whopperline-Hinderaker-Script-Trump-2016John, for his part, is “okay” with what would have been a US Supreme Court Justice who — even as a high schooler — highly likely might have forcibly sexually assaulted a woman who is now a Stanford professor.

As a Justice on the highest court in the land, for life?

John, John, John…. [It would have been enough for me that he refused (during a hearing recess) to shake the hand of the father of a Parkland shooting victim, then lied about the essential character of the encounter — when there was videotape of it all.]

But back to the point: John has young daughters. I am simply shaking my head here.

Perhaps think about something other than the hard right glory you hope to reap from a (now likely lost) seat on the high court. Think about… that Professor, as a high-schooler, being your daughter, John. Would this be your answer, still?

I would hope not. I would certainly… hope… not.

PowerLine Now Falls… Silent. Mnuchin Nails It. And Still He Is A Feckless Enabler.

Life-25-Amend-Trump-09-05-18 Not a peep from John and the boys — on the clearly unprecedented (even if one styles it solely, and in a very pallid way) simple disloyalty. After all, in the eyes of 45 — he tweeted “TREASON?” about the author of the NYT opinion, tonight)….

Likely Steve Mnuchin trying (ever a Goldman guy!) to have it both ways.

Crickets from John. But he must now know, with this level of internal defection and subversion (including the well-documented Woodward ones)… 45’s presidency is at an end — one way or another.

So the worm turns Johnny. So it turns.

I wrote the rest of this for another property, but it here applies.

To the currently serving, senior 45 White House cabinet level official who penned this afternoon’s opinion piece (Cough! Mnuchin): just shut up, already. . . and do it.

Do your constitutional duty. Frankly “that it would be messy” is ZERO excuse. These are times that require. . . some messiness.

Whopperline-White-House-Truth-2016As of this moment, you are still an enabler — and ultimately, a coward — for trying to have it both ways. Want your name and reputation back? Move in public, before the full cabinet, for a vote on the 25th Amendment proceedings.

You are in — or you are out.

These are unprecedented times. More broadly: do your duty GOP leaders — Amendment 25; or impeach; or vote an indictment in the Senate. But stop whining to me, that you are getting exactly the psychopath you elected.

John Is Angry About A Shoe Company’s Spokesperson.

Whopperliine-Trump-Unpopular-2017 This is going to be a series, I think; a theme: John picks a target — a movie (last post); an athlete whose views he does not favor… and demonizes them.

Demonizes them, for being successful. Successful, in capturing the Zeitgeist most of are now feeling. [It is likely to continue — until Trump resigns in disgrace.]

Meanwhile, the shameless unindicted co-conspirator No. 1 (from Mr. Cohen’s plea deal)… and, coincidentally, John’s master/overlord/poodle handler… continues his felony crime spree against the people of the United States — literally stealing from them, the honest services value of a million things, day by day — and likely conspiring with Russians to throw the 2016 election; and these 2018 mid-terms.

But John is worried about shoe contracts, and phone calls missing from a movie about a time nearly a half century ago.

But by all means, do carry on, John. Your feckless distractions are of no meaningful use.

Your guy, the Cheeto, is all done. Stick a fork in him. He’s lost his tiny mind, it seems.

John Is Worried About A Movie That Hasn’t Been Released Yet.

Tweet-Alt3-DJT-18 …Meanwhile, kidnapped brown children are STILL being kept in cages, in violation of our laws.

…And, meanwhile, Trump recently made government officials sign NDAs — so they couldn’t tell the press about his remarks, and orders, in scuttling a much needed rehab of the DC FBI HQ, because it is across the street from his private hotel — which would make noise and unsightly appearances a revenue reducing feature at that already tax-payer subsidized private business he operates.

And John is all worked up into a lather because he GUESSES(!) the new biopic fiction out of Hollywood (called “First Man“) on the moon landing may omit a scene or two he thinks… important. Important to his goofily misshapen world-view.

On the meager merits, then: missing bits, like a phone call from Nixon (apparently), and a planting of the flag. The latter is arguably closer to my own inclinations (for inclusion), but Nixon has been judged by history to be a bumbling crook. Just like 45 will be.

untitledAnd the point of the movie — not that I even care — is (apparently) that the moon’s conquest was the achievement of ALL humanity, all scientists, not just one nation’s.

John: complains about Hollywood’s fiction — but remains silent about… real crimes, felonies, committed by his preferred candidate, Donald Trump, in the White House, in real time.

SUDDENLY, Hinderaker Thinks A Dark “Fourth Estate” Is The “REAL” US Government. Uh-huh.

Whopperline-Final-Bobby-Three-Sticks-2017…But he never voiced this [plainly loony] Q-infused opinion when Mr. Obama was the sitting President. No one at PowerLine was claiming there was rampant felonious lawbreaking afoot at 1600 Penn, back then (due to some dark Fourth Estate).

Yet John went on and on for eight plus long years — arguing Mr. Obama was essentially the Anti-Christ, arriving in flesh… but never once blamed a shadowy dark Fourth Estate. No mention.

But now… NOW, that 45 is very likely to face a criminal process, in a few months — due exclusively to the operation of our constitutional system of checks and balances… he’s suddenly atwitter — with a Q inspired conspiracy theory: an evil dark cabal that has “always” run DC.

I will leave John’s… fabulism… at that.

[But I am sure it sells lots of VIP subscriptions to crazy PowerLine.] Hilarious.

John Is… Preciously Hilarious, Tonight.

WhopperLie-Hinderaker-06-16-2017 He writes — on a day when (albeit separately, but nearly simultaneously) Mr. Cohen has directly implicated the (for the moment) still-sitting President  — in directing and coordinating his own predicate felonies, in open court, as follows:

“…I was on the radio… when breaking news came across the wire: the Paul Manafort jury had gone to the judge with a question, saying they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on any count…. I was exultant, thinking that a hung jury would deal a serious blow…. Alas, it was not to be….

The only politically significant counts, as I understand it, relate to Cohen’s role in paying off Stephanie Clifford (“Stormy Daniels”) to keep quiet about her sexual encounter with Trump….”

whopperlie-hinderaker-2017 Putting aside John’s preposterously bad reading of the jury’s tea leaves, for a moment (and his treating Presidential felonies as simple popularity questions): that is simply… insane, John — even for you. It is a question of law — not of politics. It is a crime, by the sitting President — not some popularity question.

Mr. Trump’s personal lawyer of 20 years just agreed to plead guilty to felonies that add up to about five years in federal prison, and for some of those, he told the able judge in open court, he did them at the direction and behest of the President. His campaign chief is going to jail for the rest of his life — guilty of ten felonies.

And there is still much more to come.

Including a likely multi-count felony indictment of Don Jr.

In coo-coo Johnny land, though, this is barely even politically significant.

On the tarmac, headed (of course!) to a “Dear Leader” campaign rally tonight, the Cheeto just (post conviction) called Manafort a “good man“.

Let’s see how that nonsense plays out, in the court of popular opinion — ten time felons are generally not regarded as “good men”.

Enter Now, The “Land Of The Lost…”

Whopperline-Hinderaker-Manafort-Insanity-2018 I’m not sure whether John is showing his first, but clear, signs of early onset dementia — or whether he’s really this… cluelessly feckless. [It seems unfathomable that he actually believes his tripe.]

Yesterday, he  opined that it would more likely be left leaning terrorists (though his nonsense piece was couched more as ultimate facts, than opinions) that were the impetus for the able US DC (ED, VA) Judge Ellis to order US Marshall protection for himself and his family. Not MAGA nutters. There is no logical thread in that thought — none.

Uh-huh. Okay John — Manafort was Trump’s campaign chief. He is facing prison for the rest of his life, that fate now squarely in the jury’s hands. On a completed shit-ton of evidence, too. Overwhelming.

Unless, of course, Mr. Manafort (even post conviction  — and a conviction it will be), decides to flip on 45 and Jr.

Then Manafort might only do five to ten years.

And yet… John seems to think that an acquittal is so likely… that it is anti-fa people who might be threatening the able Judge Ellis (i.e., not threatening the jury — because the same very capable Judge hasn’t sequestered the jury, nor ordered protective services, for the 12).

So… Judge Ellis is going to toss a jury verdict? Based on being cranky, and grousing a little, from the bench — as he’s been wont to do, for his whole career?

C’mon, John. You know better than that, as a former courtroom lawyer.

Judge Ellis was giving the prosecution a hard time because he knows this is a lead pipe cinch conviction, and he wanted it done efficiently.

The only ones threatening the Judge, or the process, are Trump himself (and perhaps henchmen beholden to him) with Trump’s Manafort’s a “good man” comment — during jury deliberations — on national TV, about the trial’s subject, an indicted unregistered hostile foreign agent.

Trump is hinting at a pardon, and likely trying to intimidate the jurors.

But John inverts all that — the entire rational world, in fact — to say (on zero evidence) that the able Judge is afraid of leftists.

Insanity. Simple insanity.

John’s Jingoism: Wrong On History; Wrong On Morality.

whopperline-geo-washington-quote-intel-2017 I’ll not spend much time dissecting or repeating the Hinderaker generated and demonstrably false claim that vast terror is being sown at our southern border. And that one theoretical bad man logically allows for the oppression of tens of thousands of asylum seekers, in contravention of our laws and constitutional precepts.

I will say that his mindless fear-mongering is going to put him solidly among the Nathan Forrest Bedfords, David Dukes and George Wallaces (deep in the ash-bin) of  the annals of US history, just a very few years from now.

So, sure John. . . go ahead and live in infamy — live in eternity — every pimple and flaw, in prose exposed — in writings. . . as a jingoistic racist, John.

[One bad apple doesn’t spoil the whole bunch, son.]
