That’s the real problem: Trump is going to cause the wipeout of the Republican Party at the midterms… between using Signal to conduct covert military operations in Yemen, and violating the constitutional rights of thousands of Americans… forcing federal judges to protect Americans FROM Trump’s megalomaniacal excesses… Hinderaker is just desperate for something else to talk about.

The Rasmussen poll question John quotes is just so ridiculously skewed. It’s not a push poll. It’s a shove poll.
Had I been asked that question, I would have replied, “I don’t grant the premise of your question, since Trump has offered no evidence — none — that the people who were deported were members of a Venezuelan gang. Maybe some of them were. Maybe all of them were. Maybe none of them were. Without habeas corpus, due process, or judicial review, we really have no way of knowing, do we?”
I wonder how many respondents answered something along those lines, and were simply lumped into the 26 percent who oppose.
Friggin’ Rasmussen, man. John loves ’em, even when they’re an outlier (especially when they’re an outlier) because they always skew his way.

There was a time when I thought he had gone senile or was willfully stupid… Now I’m just certain… He’s a reprobate. A liar. And a guy who will lick any authoritarian’s boot… If he thinks there’s a paycheck in it for him.
