This morning, Scott Johnson sees a Tangerine appointee offer a loony opinion/injunction on the UCLA campus protests matters… and will only comment by saying “no matter what happens down the road with this opinion…” — meaning he knows it is not tethered to actual black letter law. [He won’t say more because the opinion discriminates against speech, based on its content… but that discrimination based on content… is of a flavor he enjoys.]
Had either a Biden or Obama appointee written it, Johnson would offer ten to 15 paragraphs about the judge “making up the law, from whole cloth” — about “odious activist” judges being a horrible thing, and about “socialism.”
Hilarious. Scott — call the thing by its name: it is reversible error, out of LA.
Out… grow a spine, man.
