Mirengoff Agrees: Tangerine Is In Deep Trouble — So Much So, That He Likely Cannot Win, Against Harris.

Well — that was quick.

And yes, Paul says we will still need to see the post DNC convention’s poll “bump size”. But we all know it will be large. Likely overwhelming, especially when considered next to Tangerine’s very high negatives. And Paul admits it, already.

Here’s his, in context:

The attempt on Trump’s life has not changed him, nor was there any reason to believe it would. Trump has only one mode, and it’s the one that has made him unpopular. While fair-minded Americans will applaud him for emerging from the shooting saying “fight,” most will not applaud the way he fights. They never really have.

Trump is now the old person in the race. He’s the recycled nominee. And he’s the divider.

Harris is younger, fresher, and less divisive….

That is all true.

Trump’s style (one he cannot seem to control, even when ordered to — see the Merchan trial dates, and the Carroll ones) of mean spirited, awful, misogynistic attacks — upon women of substance — in particular… will cost him the bulk of the free-thinking GOP women, of any educational and intellectual means.

And essentially any female outside that circle that ever considered voting for him (if they are honest).

In sum, he will lose in a landslide, precisely because of WHO he has shown himself to be.

And, do consider that quite a few of the middle to liberal fence sitters will want to truthfully say they elected the first Black woman President. [Just as with Mr. Obama in the landslide of 2008.]

Trump is dead in the water, now.
