Well, this is a pretty sane take from Paul.

The seven [MAGAts in the US House] are Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA), Andrew Ogles and Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN), Michael Waltz (R-FL), Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Barry Moore (R-AL), and Troy Nehls (R-TX)…. In America, we don’t name major facilities like airports after active politicians, much less presidential candidates. That’s banana republic stuff, and we haven’t attained that status quite yet….”

— And… that’s Paul speaking, immediately above, BTW.

They want Dulles renamed… Tangerine Airport?! Hilariously… demented.

Honestly, doesn’t the GOP have better things to spend time — tilting at windmills for?

Geez.

Look out, Cheetolini. Houses do fall, from the sky. And it is looking to be a fairly severe hurricane and tornado season, in the US now — as he criss-crosses the heartland in search of votes. Wow.

  1. Yes, Mirengoff is relatively sane here, as he usually is when it comes to Trump. But his commenters? Maybe not so much.

    Oy vey. Well we can take comfort that the Washington left might occasionally be forced to use Reagan National Airport. He is plenty nemesis for them and has the benefit of being a genuinely great national leader, not a narcissistic loud mouthed cartoon….

    Oy vey indeed. Reagan has achieved sainthood among conservatives, who don’t consider his actual record. I mean, are we pretending Iran-Contra wasn’t a thing? Or all that “evil empire” rhetoric? And we’re just ignoring the Reagan campaign’s secret negotiations with Iranian terrorists to keep American hostages in captivity longer? Or how about the bungled Marine presence in Lebanon? The invasion of Grenada? The bombing of Libya? The backing of the Afghan mujahideen?

    And if conservatives consider all of the above to be features rather than bugs (more’s the pity), consider this: Reagan granted amnesty to nearly 3 million illegal immigrants.

    Today, that’s enough to get you kicked out of the Republican party forever.
