It’s interesting that Otis’s big hobbyhorse is America’s so-called under-incarceration problem. In other words, he thinks we’re not locking up enough criminals. But when rich white Republicans (like Scooter Libby and Donald Trump, e.g.) commit crimes, he suddenly decides it would be a grave injustice for them to go to prison.
