Here, Steve Hayward Scott Johnson somehow imagines that Mr. Penny should have had the same “police / qualified immunity” powers that Derek Chauvin was imbued with.

That a whyte ex-military vigilante KILLED people of color on a train — by choosing to keep choking the deceased, long beyond simple unconsciousness… is a “purported police power”, granted to any ugly vigilante, even where no form of deadly force was in evidence, from the original aggressor?! Sheesh.
