There are (as ever) several levels of sophistry… in John’s critiques of what he disingenuously imagines “liberals” think.
Tonight he first offers misleading polls he took (about grade school children) to “establish” that we should all be agin’ fluid notions of gender identity.
Of course, his broad conclusion does not follow from the narrow poll — but it lets him advance his prejudiced views. His view is that “liberals” only ever act to advance their wealth and power over others.
Rather than spend another second on his loony ideas, I’ll close by asking:
Hey Hinderaker, how did we liberals get more wealth and power by ending slavery? By… saying “no more” to 3/5ths of a vote? By the Civil Rights Act of 1964?
Right — only conservatives / racists like him… opposed all of that.
Seems John / and the GOP… are the ones who only act to enhance their mediocre old whyte guys’ wealth and power.
