I may have more to say tomorrow — but an entire generation of STEM science mavens… dozens of them now NASA wonders, and more than a few of them astronauts of color… have long credited her role on the original “Star Trek” — as inspiring them.
Letting them know that girls — and girls of color, especially — belong in space.
Travel well — but travel light — you ran a gravity defying, fantastic nearly 90 year race. We are all so very proud of you… smiling widely now.
