“Veritas” In Eleventh Cir. Cannot Understand: CNN Cannot Libel “Garbage — By Saying It Stinks.”

The boys at Project Veritas are hyping the fact that they’ve technically appealed their complete trial loss, on defamation, against CNN — to the Eleventh Circuit.

This is a turgid, non-informative 58 page “brief” from the jokers.

It is… DOA. I won’t quote it — CNN wins, hands down. Why?

Because what CNN said about O’Keefe and Project Veritas… has truth, at its heart — as the defense. That is all it needs.
