Hinderaker tonight thinks “elongate” is a clever turn of phrase, while disbelieving what he calls a “double-hearsay allegation”, below (he says he has no position, but plainly takes Musk at his less than credible word). But in so doing — he simply ignores any inference from the undisputed fact that Musk paid a flight attendant $250,000 in severance — under confidential terms. And Musk has a documented history ($320 million worth) of losing race and sex discrimination lawsuits. Oh — and union busting, per the NLRB. So — if it comes to the word of someone like Musk, against the documented facts as shown thus far to be uncontroverted… I choose to believe the woman. Now on to my friend’s great riff, on the Musk-man:

UPDATED, on Friday morning: Musk apparently denies the allegations — however, he long ago tweeted that when a scandal about him worthy enough… appeared… he wanted it to be captioned “Elon-gate” — or elongate, if you prefer. Churlish, that.
However, given the above, it seems destiny is not without a sense of… irony, then.
Hey — maybe he should take some “singles-looking-for-love” advice, from this guy: two days out of federal prison, and into a halfway house in NYC… and he’s already on Bumble… swiping… right (or left). [Or whatever one does, there. Heh.]
