Hinderaker — Isn’t This A Mere Single Count… “Process Crime” — Your Words?!

So — Hinderaker is gloating tonight, even though it took Durham over three years, to come up with one count, of one false statement, by a lower level HRC lawyer, related to the 2016 election. That’s six years ago, now.

Let’s just laugh out loud, at a single false statement being all he could get — after spending more than the entire Mueller investigation. But Muller’s — which yielded dozens of felony convictions, and then multiple Trump pardons — of those same felons… actually found false statements by 1600 Penn.

Look, I don’t love that a minor lawyer for HRC told even a single lie, to the FBI — but this in no manner is comparable to Trump himself being fined over $110,000 at $10,000 a day for openly lying to a New York judge, under oath, about where his cell phones from last year might be. Or, taking top secret documents to Mar-A-Lago for over a year, after he was cashiered, by the people of America in the 2020 cycle.

This is comparing fish to… bicycles, John.

Maybe that insults people who are differently able, though — so I’ll retract it… and mention that Hinderaker told us the crimes various Trumpers were convicted of (dozens of counts of lying to the DoJ and FBI)… were mere “process crimes”.

So John — you have here a single count of a single process crime, by a low level HRC lawyer. Do compare that — to the multi-count felony (20 plus years!) superseding indictment alleging over $374 million in direct payoffs, to Thomas Barrack, the chief financier of Trump’s 2016 run.
