How It Looks, When Hinderaker… Lacks Basic Reasoning Skills. Sad.

Tonight — probably because his new “hero” Elon Musk is doing a slow walk away from Twitter, Hinderaker decides to suck up to a new rapacious ultra billionaire: Jeff Bezos.

The claim implied by both men is that inflation will get worse, if high income corporations are taxed at higher rates. There is zero evidence to support that theory, except for a few 19th Century… anecdotes, about what robber-barons of the day did, to punish the federal government, when taxes were even suggested, levied or were increased. But that’s not economics… that’s a 1%-er / power imbalance problem. [For his part, Bezos hints but does not say… that he supports the long discredited “trickle down” Lafler economics that Reagan used to balloon the deficit to over $2.5 trillion in the 1980s.]

What is particularly… precious — about John’s groveling before the altar of Bezos… is that he well-knows both Musk and Bezos have never paid a fair share of tax on the vast opportunities the best capital markets on the planet have afforded either/both of them (and, truth told, Hinderaker).

And now in a 19th Century echo effect, both men seek the same “retribution” against the POTUS for saying they too should pay a fair share.

But make no mistake — this is just John trying to insulate the ultra wealthy — from the natural consequences, of their unbridled avarice.

Both men have tried (with only limited success) to lawlessly stamp out unions and their advocates (according to the NLRB staffers)… while failing in many cases to pay workers living wages, or protect them from OTJ daily sexual and/or racial / national origin discrimination and hostile work environments.

So, of course, John loves them up!

G’night, one and all.

Gosh, he is really out of anything relevant… to contribute… ever since Tangerine carted all those top secret documents down to Mar a lago. [That’s now become a DoJ matter BTW. Priceless!]
