Again John chooses to willfully lie about crime trends in the US — this time, about police injuries and deaths.
He claims the increase in officers shot or killed is… essentially Mr. Biden’s, and BLM’s… fault.
To get there he has to ignore that the entire nation mostly stayed home for the last 3/4ths of 2020 — and slowly restarted — by mid-2021.
His purported “reasoning skills” fall apart, when he needs a wedge issue. Like now.
It is very likely that everyone staying home dropped all sorts of “public” crime rates. That they are returning to normal levels, here in 2022 is most likely due to increased outdoor activity nation-wide.
In fact, the data from about 2010 to 2019 directly contradicts John’s supposition.
But oddly, he didn’t even look it up — or check Google, on that.
