I’ll Help Scott Out: O’Keefe’s “Veritas” HAS Clearly Committed Crimes. Period.

Today, Scott Johnson again tries to paint the Project “Veritas” people as… journalists.

That is worthy of an eye-roll, in itself.

But he concludes by saying it “remains to be seen” whether people at Veritas committed crimes (knowingly receiving stolen property, primarily) in their efforts to source the supposed private diary of an adult offspring of the Biden family.

This has been pretty well vetted — and is apparently the subject of a pending felony indictment. There is no dispute that the Project staffers had possession. There is no dispute that the Project knew it had been taken from a private place, without permission — and that the people at the Project were “brokering it” between various buyers and at least one seller. A seller well-known, to them. Game over.

So — the facts (as opposed to the feverish speculation about a supposed Hunter laptop) are pretty conclusive, and all already in the public record — as to the central part of the felony receiving stolen property charges.

Crimes were committed, Scott. Felonies. You’re welcome.
