So — yet again tonight, Hinderaker lies twice, about “unfree speech”, and about what the Governor DeSanits’ Florida “Don’t Say Gay” bill actually… provides.
He lies, because he knows it is… constitutionally… impermissible. It will be stricken. It is pure DeSantis polemic theater. [Which is NOT to say it is not deeply harmful, to Floridians. It is.]
But we’ve covered all this before, repeatedly. So we’ll just link that.
