Well, this solo-practitioner lawyer doesn’t know much about any actual antitrust law.
It’s been filed in the Western District of Washington — US District courthouse, in Seattle.
It will be all but certainly… be bounced. It fails to account for violations of terms of service terminations in the contract. There is no vested right to force a host… to keep open networked sedition, and/or insurrection, on any network, in the USA. Especially after an actual overt, completed domestic terrorists’ assault on the US Capitol — by all the same actors.
