So, to answer Mr. Hinderaker, directly — as to “the most merciful course…” [as to his chosen candidate] it would be to allow Mr. Trump (once convicted, of the felonies he has clearly committed) to be placed in a club fed facility, upstate NY — for a term of years not to exceed ten — for his felonies. I would say mercy dictates… that he not be placed in the general population, inside someplace like FCI Allenwood Medium, even though his offenses qualify him for a more secure facility.
