John now judges felonies — and make no mistake, Trump has confessed to them — SOLELY on a scale of what the pollsters say… the popularity damage to Trump might be. Not on what Congress and prior Presidents have agreed is the criminal law of our nation.
In short, John has become all that he swore to combat, when he took the lawyer’s oath four decades ago.
He has decided the criminal law — 52 USC §§30121, et seq. is only about what it costs, if Trump gets caught — as a polling matter.
It is a purely Ayn Rand-ian transactional view of the world. One I abhor.
