Mr. Hinderaker needs to get out of the sun.
His mind is… shot. He used to be smart enough not to say such things… aloud, and in public.
The set up here: earlier today, Mr. Trump played coy, bobbing and weaving — about whether he would FINALLY admit to promoting a manifestly racist and unfounded five year lie about our 44th President’s place of birth.
There is no doubt that lie is a racists’ appeal to invidious animus. How does Mr. Hinderaker react? He praises Mr. Trump, as a genius — for “playing” the press.
If you ever needed clearer proof that John himself is a racist, this would be it: in his warped mind, continuing a racist lie — for a few more days — or hours, even — if it gets you some free press coverage… is a good thing for the GOP. And for John’s chosen candidate.
Praising someone (in anonymous, ordinary day to day conversations) who makes even a racial “joke” is a sign of a latent… racist.
Praising a GOP candidate for telling a five year lie — a lie John has openly admitted is irrefutably false — is… proof of overt racism. It is all anyone need know about whether Mr. Hinderaker is himself a racist.
He is. And the proof of it is that he thinks this racist’s joke/lie is worthy of praise.
John — you’ve lost your soul.
It is sad, really. Mr. Trump has taken your soul. More precisely, you’ve sold it to him — and cheap. Ugh.
