I won’t bother to follow this trial at all (it is a foregone conclusion that O’Keefe is going to lose for wire-tapping private citizens in their private offices in DC, where the post-Watergate statutes are crystal clear in prohibiting such chicanery) — but Project Veritas is likely to lose boxcar damages, here — in the federal courts, in DC.
This may be the death-knell / end / bankruptcy event — for the spying operation, even before the NYT has its turn pummeling them, in New York State court.
And before the ex-employee blows them out of the water, also in NY state court.
Hilarious.
See ‘ya, boys.
How ’bout now, Scottie? Yeah. Riiiiiight.
O U T.
