Along the way, he claims a (clearly pre-recorded) ad of Tangerine to be (wait for it!) the greatest bit of political communication… since Saint Ronnie. Hmm. Mmm-kay. Good luck with that.

But to be clear… there is nothing we progressives would love more than to see a GQP nomination battle between old “Kumquat Pol-Pot” and DeSantis.

There are probably only one or two Democratic front runners who would NOT win in a landslide against either of those two (both Harris and Newsom would — I do not expect Mr. Biden will run; in fact I expect he will retire gracefully from public life next year; Harris will be the sitting President when the conventions open, in all likelihood).

The only odd possibility is that… if Romney enters… most Democrats will see a close race against him, as a call back to the older sensible days of the GOP (kinda’ like “Ronnie Light”). [And if Liz Cheney manages to hold on to her seat… watch out, in 2024 all you MAGA morons: death comes from within.]

In any event, I write solely to say… I for one cannot wait to watch these morons spend themselves into debt, and tear each other… to shreds. GOP as a brand… is DOA.
