I am given to understand the one at left is a… parody.

But the point — as to felonies — remains salient… because his followers are so stupid, it is not unreasonable to assume that they might view his seal and signature line (at top right) as some form of federal office.

Thus… just one more, in a long line of felonies.

I think he’ll he ultimately do time for tax- and bank- fraud, in New York state.

But he will do time… eventually.
