This afternoon, Chicago’s Mayor drew the considerably loony ire of Hinderaker.
Her offense?
Calling out the Texas MAGA/GOP Gov. Abbot, in these terms, on busing asylum seekers to Chicago (some 1,000 miles away from their hearing dates — without a penny), and dumping them here — in the streets:
“…They’re not cargo. They’re not chattels. They’re human beings, just like you and me…”
That was what our Mayor said… precisely.
It enrages John for reasons… he will certainly… need to explain to his Creator, at his judgment day (since he believes in such things).
Me? I don’t really care to “know” why — as I’ve spent two decades watching… him.
He’s a sad, embittered and nearly senile doddering mediocre frail old whyte geezer.
There was a time, two decades ago (when John still remembered how… to practice law) that a Governor involuntarily shipping people across the country, away from a hearing date, without means to return… would have troubled him. But no more — as he’s soft in the head now. It is funny though, that more undocumented people than before will now settle in the interior of the US, and have a solid defense to deportation made by the FACT that the “state” effectively deprived them of any asylum hearing, here.
One might even label that… ironic.
Bub-bye John.
