The turgidly silly brief is… here, for the purpose of a complete record, only.

It was filed after hours, tonight, and it offers no well-argued, or applicable law… whatsoever, in support — but that’s really no surprise, from Team Trump.

Now you know — the criminal grand jury subpoena in New York will be enforced, against Trump’s accountants.

In truth, those old posts have little relevance to today's electoral politics, except in so far as they suggest very little has changed over time -- in Mr. Hinderaker's world-view. He remains pretty regularly delusional -- since at least 2002. And that is not just a coincidence -- as one nation, we elected Mr. Obama a few years later, and Mr. Hinderaker has never recovered -- to a reality based view of America. America is now a more centrist nation, than the one he lauded under Reagan and Bush 41, 43 and 45. So be it. 45 will now be gone by November. COVID-19 has shown even the ardent partisans 45 is an emperor with no clothes.
