Well, this is nothing — if not preciously… ironic.

Scott Johnson and the Powerliners are all a-lather, over a clip from 1987 (nearly 36 years ago!) in which Mr. Biden gets into a heated exchange over his law school credentials (with a reporter). About his law school… bona fides. [There is no dispute (and never has been one) that he was a licensed member of the bar. Or that he graduated, and passed his state’s bar exam.]

And yet — for six five long years, the joker named Johnson held his considerably waggy tongue, about an undisputed video tape, on which Johnson’s candidate, and then president — bragged about “grabbing her by the p#ssy” — and all but admitted to forcible rape. Since then, he’s been found liable in a civil court in NYC, for forcible sexual assault, and libel of the victim of his assault — and is now facing new libel and slander charges, about it: with $5 million already paid, and more coming.

He is also a defendant, under two felony indictments (that total over 70 separate counts), for stealing top secret documents, and campaign finance frauds.

But yeh — a 40 year old tape of an argument about law school credentials… that’s Scott’s headline.
