As Billy has been reporting all evening, SBF won’t appear tomorrow on Capitol Hill, not even by Zoom. He’s been formally indicted in the US — on multiple felonies, with DoJ set to unseal the indictment in the morning, in the dawn light — well before caretaker FTX (Ch. 11) CEO Ray lays out what he knows, so far before the US House Committee.

But what he’s sworn he knows (in advance testimony) is plenty to secure multiple decades worth of felony indictments.

So here we are.

Is he where McAfee was a few years ago?

Could be.

But truly, let’s hope his story does NOT end in the same self harm John McAfee chose, from a prison in Spain, when informed he was headed to the federal detention center in Manhattan.
