Paul has whined for decades (literally decades!), about this. And essentially nothing has changed.

He cannot boil the oceans with his Zippo lighter — no matter how hard he tries.

The reality is that — except in rural state schools in parts of Texas, and parts of Florida… diversity is still both being used — and lawfully allowed — as a “plus factor” for admissions.

That bugs old Paul. But it is… controlling law, son.
