Rather than (once again!) showing Mr. Hinderaker his “fallacy of composition” errors — in his own hopelessly flawed “analysis” of old DOJ uniform crime reports (and his race-baiting, long debunked theories based on the same), I think it far more useful, tonight, to report what our President has written and said, to the nation’s law enforcement officers, overnight:

“…As we bind up our wounds, we must come together to ensure that those who try to divide us do not succeed. We are at our best when we recognize our common humanity, set an example for our children of trust and responsibility, and honor the sacrifices of our bravest by coming together to be better.
