We might argue bout marginal cases, like Bill Clinton’s impeachment (which to keep the record straight, Paul rabidly supported)… and we can all agree that Nixon was justly facing prosecution when he resigned — though Paul says it helped the country, for the GOP (in the person of place-holder Ford), to pardon him. Really?!

That’s a tell, right there Paul. He was never going to seek office, nor even be considered, after Watergate — by the few still honorable people running the GOP, back then — so why was it a “good for the nation” — to remove his taint?! He was undoubtedly guilty of felonies — dozens of them. Paul’s underwear is showing here… skid marks and all.

But he goes another twelve steps off the ledge of rationality now, claiming that Democrats should fear a second Tangerine presidency. For he WILL seek insane levels of retribution.

I accept that as… true. But I am not afraid. That is so, because I am 100% certain that this nation will not give him that chance. Ever.
