Scott feebly tries to ridicule a not-yet-unsealed, wholly confidential indictment — as to which, apparently, Tangerine’s own counsel is the source of the initial disclosure (as a would-be “sting draw”!) — all while Scott has never even read it.

That seems unwise — if a portion of the reputed 30 or so felony counts relate to business frauds. He, and we, ought to wait to Tuesday — to see it unsealed.

So we will. And Scott ought to — as Hinderaker ought. And lil’ Bitsy, too.

But they won’t — of course. [As those three links show, they already… have made what will almost certainly be demonstrably false claims.]

And then, just like 01.06.21 — insurrection riot — they will soon be in the business of defending… the indefensible.
