Tonight, John Hinderaker (silly!) claims that Senator Grassley has evidence that Jack Smith “kept a spreadsheet” of all the people in the US who bought MAGA hats.

This is transparently stupid — and false.

Jack Smith was investigating a fair number of Republicans. A lot of those same people also bought MAGA hats. They were not put in a spreadsheet because they bought a MAGA hat — they were put in a spreadsheet because they were under investigation for campaign and other violations. Idiotic.

Yes, senile Senator Grassley (GOP) knows this. And it just shows how desperate they are about the coming midterms.

Even Snopes has labeled this preposterous one as a lie.

[It is proven fact, however (which John will never mention), that Ken Paxton (current Texas AG) spent New Year’s Eve 2024 partying overseas in Dubai, with two indicted felons, and later accepted over $600,000 in donations from them. He’s a MAGA candidate for the US Senate.]
