So, no — in the United States, no one will make you “eat bugs”. There will likely be tax incentives for people who don’t over-consume high footprint protein sources like high-end steaks, lamb and pork.

But elsewhere on the planet, insects (and tofu) will be (in fact, already ARE) very stable economical and more sustainable sources of protein — in human diets.
