Mr. Hinderaker Pretends Not To See A Clearly INTENTIONAL “Soft One Count” Deal — Hilarious.

Whopperline-Final-Bobby-Three-Sticks-2017Well — he really has no choice. His guy is toast.

And yet he has to put on a brave face, now — right before Christmas.

Mr. Hinderaker well knows that this is a “intentionally soft” one count charge. His years as a lawyer will not let him lie openly to himself — but doing so to, and for… his readership: well, that’s easy, for John. It’s been his lap poodle approach to 45, since about mid-2016. So he preposterously pretends he’s never seen a “singing canary” plea deal before in his life.

The guilty plea is “soft”, precisely because Flynn has FLIPPED. And so, the things NOT said in the plea deal are the ones that will now bury 45. And Flynn is singing. That much is certain.

Any sentient person also by now well-knows that former Gen. Flynn — knowing 45’s proclivity for micromanagement (and rage when he not followed to the letter) — absolutely was following 45’s orders. Either Donnie Jr. was the “PTT official” listed this morning, or Kushner was. Either way, they will now dime 45 out.

None of them will take a fall for 45.

As felonies go (as I’ve long said), the Logan Act is the first and insurmountable problem, now: 45 was not yet President when Flynn did what he did (and lied about it to the FBI). Trump using Flynn to influence (i.e., dampen) official Russian repercussions, and responses, to then still serving President Obama’s sanctions… is unlawful. Criminal. Since 1799-1803. And that’s before we get to any proof of 45’s trying to influence Comey’s investigation.

All of this is ALSO before we get to the financial why (IMHO): why Trump allows Russia to do whatever it pleases. Which is also why 45 won’t show his finances. 45 will be driven from office. Mueller already has 45’s financial records. That is now a near certainty. And they will be 45’s undoing (IMHO).

And all of 45’s protestations now look… glaringly false. 45 has boldly lied to the American people — about a matter of national security.

And of course, Mr. Hinderaker well knows how awful this is for 45’s chances of retaining his office. John is simply “whistling as he walks past the graveyard“, this Friday.
