Tonight, Hinderaker claims that a kid run over and killed by a drunk driver is… Mr. Biden’s fault.

There is zero evidence that either man mentioned Mr. Biden’s name.

The drunk man, the driver — made a statement about politics when he called 911. But here is what the local police themselves (after an investigation) say:
