This, this 108 pages of fevered conspiracies from 2016… is comical.

It is not so much litigation, as it is a hundred-plus page “press release, of lies” — about stuff from long ago. [And at least in theory, Tangerine thinks he WON 2016… so what is this?!]

I agree with Hinderaker that no reputable lawyer has represented Tangerine in over a decade. This is no exception. It just allows him to say “we allege” — and avoid libel losses.

Other than that, it means nothing. Most of the claims are outside the time limit for bringing such claims, and nowhere does the complaint allege any discernible pattern of behavior, upon which RICO claims must be based, in order to succeed.

This is a waste of any court’s time.
