I won’t go on at much length (click to enlarge at right), other than to say the asylum seekers have been deprived of their rights to a “credible fear” hearing, most as early as Monday — thousands of miles away. Both men acted willfully — to deprive these people of their civil rights, under color of state law (if nothing else).

That makes the conduct… a felony.
