Two nights ago, and one day after losing a $5 million defamation and sexual assault verdict in federal court, Tangerine went on CNN nationwide, to again utter entirely new defamatory falsehoods about the sexual reputation of a private individual — a woman over the age of 60. This man is… a monster.

This is a woman (one of several, apparently) he forcibly sexually assaulted, as found by a jury of his peers — in a federal court of law.

Yet he is now lying anew, about a factual matter determined by a jury trial. And those ongoing lies plainly damage Ms. Carroll’s reputation anew.

She may — and probably should — bring a new $250 million defamation claim in federal court, against the Cumquat Pol-pot, based on his CNN lies.
