John has his crazy pants all knotted up — once again tonight, thus:

“I think it’s important to hear from Mr. Bolton,” Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) told reporters Wednesday.…”

That’s just loony. Heaven forbid the Senate act as a body distinct from the crook at 1600 Penn, John. [We aren’t in Putin’s Russia — yet.]

Hilariously… sad. John is now a pure ditto head, for whatever Trump tells him to say, and think.

Just a day ago, Steve Hayward offered some faint defense of his former office-mate, and long time friend — John Bolton — as an ambitious but solid thinking conservative. Now the PowerLine boys will solely wear knee pads for Trump.

Hayward and Hinderaker should accept the truth of Bolton’s account — not try to bury it, along with all the other evidence the GOP and Trump ardently, and in most cases, unlawfully prevented from reaching the US House Committee’s investigation.

But… finding a patriot — in today’s GOP is like looking for a Mao-ist in today’s Communist Party in China.
