Realizing that this unwitting “tell” about who Nikki Haley really is, at bottom… is lethal — to her now winking-out chances at a GOP nomination for 1600 Penn in ’24 — Bill impotently tries to make a scandal of the fact that no one has been “outed” as the questioner.

[This Otis belching… is almost as loony, as the next one I’ll post, on Billingspuss claiming that Mr. Obama nefariously remains “the shadow president” here in early 2024 — nearly eight years after he left office. Nearly — but I am getting ahead of myself.]

So, Otis is convinced that the questioner was a Democratic engineered… plant.

Even if so (and there is no evidence of this)… so what?!

She said what she said. And it reveals her fear of offending the KKK elements in her own GOP party, in 2024 — and perhaps even inside her own campaign donor base.

That is WHY… this is a multi-cycle story.

One of Bill’s commenters suggested that an answer reciting that Mr. Lincoln “chose to wage war — rather than accept” that the 13 states had a lawful right to secede from the Union… would have effectively (and wisely, he claims) “split the baby” Solomon style.

Again, all that would tell us… is that the continuing KKK wing of the ’24 GOP… may threaten the same, if Tangerine is not the nominee. [And, it preposterously suggests that there would have been no war, because the South would have peacefully marched on as a slaving nation. By this point, the US was the last Western power practicing slavery — because it is an abomination to any nation that claims to be a civilized society. First, the war would have come anyway, from within the Confederate electorate — and then (not unlike 1776) likely from England, France and the Northern states, in any event. And slavery would have ended before 1880 in nearly every scenario — (regardless of the prior economics of the practice — via Eli Whitney’s cotton gin, etc.).

But such is the moronic Dixie romanticism… still current in the GOP of 2024.]
