To be clear, the below is from the Noemites’ own latest filing. Despite being ordered to do so by the sitting USDC trial judge, Waverly Crenshaw, the government now says… “nah, WE ourselves earlier misread the law” — so your prior order must be… wrong — and we won’t comply.

Specifically, we won’t show our witnesses’ (prior lying) statements (for cross examination purposes) to Mr. Hecker, until the moment our witness(es) take the stand for us.

Of course, this will not do — but USDC Judge Crenshaw is likely to rule at the end of the hearing that the government loses and the felony case is dismissed immediately — due to US misconduct here. Here’s the nonsense, just for a complete record:

Mr. McGuire’s prior statement concerning the application of the Jencks Act or Rule 26.2 to the upcoming evidentiary hearing has no bearing on the correct application of relevant federal law and does not create a right to materials that otherwise does not exist in federal law….

[T]he Court ordered the production of “documents that are relevant to the narrow issue of whether the government’s new decision to prosecute Abrego, after deciding not to do so, ‘was tainted by improper motivation’ arising from Abrego’s success in the Maryland civil case.” (DE #241, #260). Accordingly, the Court has already ordered the production of all records that would arguably qualify as Jencks for purposes of this hearing and it is not necessary for the Government to provide the defendant with a privilege log delineating the records reviewed in camera by the Court pursuant to these proceedings….

Hinderaker is one dumb monkey.

Usually an irrationally vibrant Second Amendment nut, suddenly Hinderaker, when confronted with a protester with a concealed carry license in Minneapolis, who also happens to be a nurse, and who is also a federal employee… is gunned down after ICE agents lawlessly took away his firearm, wrestled him to the ground, and then (not so inadvertently) fired his own firearm into the air… so that they would have a plausible reason to shoot him to death… then claiming that he fired at them, even where all the video shows they took the gun away from him, and then the agents fired it themselves…

Well — John’s lies upon lies are… tragically comical.

Not a word of what he wrote has been backed up by any video evidence. And every bit of the available video evidence directly contradicts the story that ICE told, Bovino added ugly lies to, then Noem repeated, and Trump has greatly amplified.

This looks like another Derek Chauvin in Minneapolis case.

And John well knows it.

The tide has turned. Tangerine’s cruel ICE gambit has failed. And America is going to tell him so at the ballot box in 2026.

Updated: as of Saturday, most of the sensible USDC judges in Minneapolis agree: people cannot be arrested for protesting policies they disagree with in public places, even if they do so and rude and offensive terms.

No arrests. Get that John? Nothing more than misdemeanor disturbing the peace — if it was even that. End update.

As John well knows (but intentionally prevaricates) houses of worship are public gathering places when they are holding an “all comers” Sunday worship service. There can be no trespass, John — unless it grows… violent. It did not. And you know it.

So here he is again, trying to invent felonies out of thin air — essentially thought crimes…

It may be rude to heckle the pastor (who moonlights as an ICE “chaplain”), but it is certainly First Amendment protected so long as there is no violence. And if the church members really dislike it, they can ask security to escort for the protesters out of the church, which is what happened here.

These are all matters of very substantial public concern. And John should just shut his yap. Out.

This is no surprise. We all knew that was quite possibly her last ride — even before the Starliner problems. [Butch retired last year as well — in fact.]

And to be certain, she has well-earned a languid, grin-inducing victory lap — or about 62 of them! Here’s the latest, from NASA:

…After 27 years of service, NASA astronaut Suni Williams retired from the agency, effective Dec. 27, 2025. Williams completed three missions aboard the International Space Station, setting numerous human spaceflight records throughout her career.

Williams logged 608 days in space — second on the list of cumulative time in space by a NASA astronaut. She ranks sixth on the list of longest single spaceflight by an American, tied with NASA astronaut Butch Wilmore, both logging 286 days during NASA’s Boeing Starliner and SpaceX Crew-9 missions. Williams also completed nine spacewalks, totaling 62 hours and 6 minutes, ranking as the most spacewalk time by a woman and fourth-most on the all-time cumulative spacewalk duration list….

A ~50% Improvement, In Melanoma Five Year Survival Rate Is… Pretty Darn Impressive!

Merck, and its development partner Moderna are quite rightly taking a deep bow, on this one. When coupled to pembrolizumab therapy, the combo sees a 50% improvement in five year survival odds for people living with various melanoma diagnoses. Wow!

Here’s the latest — from Fierce Biotech:

…Adding Merck & Co. and Moderna’s vaccine candidate to Keytruda has continued to cut the risk of cancer recurrence or death across five years of follow-up, boosting the companies’ prospects as they close in on phase 3 data.

The five-year results come from a phase 2b study that tested intismeran autogene in combination with Merck’s Keytruda in people with high-risk melanoma after complete resection. Compared to single-agent Keytruda, the combination cut the risk of recurrence or death by 44% after two years and by 49% after three years.

Tuesday, Merck and Moderna said the risk reduction after five years was 49%. The partners have yet to share data on other endpoints, such as the risk of distant metastasis or death, that were included in the earlier analyses….

This is… reprehensible. The US is now on the verge of no longer being designated by UN health authorities and the WHO… as a nation that has ended the measles virus, on the ground. What is wrong with us?

And it is all — without doubt — utterly… avoidable. Just vaccinate your kids, people. But let us look down now (one year on), upon how “great” these jamokes are making… mostly Red / MAGA American states:

…The collaboration between Imperial College London and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will deliver a first-in-human (FIH) clinical trial of three new vaccines targeting Ebola, Marburg and Lassa fever – viruses that can cause severe, often fatal illness and trigger devastating outbreaks.

The study, known as EML-Vac, is being led by Professor Robin Shattock, Chair in Mucosal Infection and Immunity in the Department of Infectious Disease, and Dr Marta Boffito, Consultant Physician and Clinical Director at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. . . .

The vaccines being tested in EML-Vac use a new technology called self-amplifying RNA (saRNA). Unlike traditional vaccines, which can take years to develop and manufacture, saRNA vaccines can be designed and produced much more quickly – a crucial advantage when new outbreaks emerge.

These vaccines work by giving the body instructions to make harmless pieces of the virus, allowing the immune system to learn to recognise and fight the real infection if it is encountered in the future.

The three vaccines have been designed to target the glycoproteins of the Ebola, Marburg and Lassa viruses and are delivered inside tiny fat-based particles, known as lipid nanoparticles….

John Hinderaker has forever been a Trump boot-licker — at lease since 2016. All of this time, rather than admit to what we all see — that the dozens of pattern-behaviors (on display for decades, over and over) ones that make the whole world cringe… might be evidence of a sociopath’s tendencies… John today (again) calls them “unforced errors“ — hoping that, by lying, he can magically make them isolated and random, in his viewers’ perception — or at least in his own mind.

He suggests this is like a split second thing, like… say, overthrowing first on a double-play ball, in triple A. Nope. Tangerine stews about his lunacy for months on end. And then acts every bit the lunatic, willfully.

John — Greenland / Denmark (and specifically, his threats)… are just the latest clear evidence of a… sociopath.

His stealing of trophies, any gold bobble that is not nailed down… and filchinig secret documents — thinking he “is owed” everything: is all deeply delusional.

His remarks about people with disabilities — his remarks about his own [current] wife — his remarks about Jimmy Kimmel, Whoopi Goldberg, George Clooney and Morning Joe… his ACTIONS in Venezuela; his actions in Chicago, LA, Portland and now Minneapolis… his keeping close company with avowed well-known Klanners and Neo-Nazis…

His threatening NY State prosecutors with a baseball bat (thinking he’s a latter day Capone)…
