So, Steve — a guy who gets almost everything wrong about internal GOP in-fighting outcomes… now says DeSantis cannot be counted out. He says it is still “too early”. But there is no dispute that DeSantis has utterly failed to win over Trumpians, even in his own state of Florida. [Oddly enough, I think DeSantis a better candidate than Trump for the GOP — but that is exactly why he will be submarined by the MAGAts. Steve cannot see that, though.]
That Hayward felt compelled to write it though, here almost 16 months before the election says much about how near death DeSantis’ chances are.
And it confirms — the Democrats will own the 2024 general election outcomes. There is little chance they can lose now. And I am here for it — all day. All 16 months, in fact.
