Ole’ Scott Johnson keeps harping on the simply ludicrous idea that CIA and DHS should immediately press release means and methods intel… to the world at large — about plainly harmless balloons drifting by. [Without any serious doubt, from first arrival on the Alaskan coast, to splash-down, off Myrtle Beach… we were always jamming the balloon’s communications / transmissions, and navigational command and control tech, as any competent spy-craft would dictate — but we will NOT say so… again “means and methods” are not to be public, absent very exigent circumstances — and this… is NOT that.]
It is baffling, that he thinks this is — in any manner — a winning GOP sound-bite.
Unless, of course, that is… unless he (perhaps correctly) now assumes the average GOP voter has only a third grade understanding of the world.
Worse, advancing age (and arriving senility!) may mean… even he now only possesses that level of understanding.
