Tangerine still hasn’t moved to oppose unsealing the redacted portions of the affidavits, from the search warrant of two weeks ago now.
That is likely because… no one capable… wants anything to do with his endlessly lying obstructions. Lawyers not infrequently go to jail themselves, in felony matters, if they knowingly offer false testimony into a federal court.
Tangerine’s stock in trade… is falsities.
So — while he claims he is going to file a “major motion” (sounds more like a… constipated, days-old and hardened… no. 2!)… he is running out of time. By later this week, the government will have submitted its proposed redactions (latest full opinion and order in Miami here).
The redacted version might be public the next morning. And that will be… devastating to Tangerine’s false narrative on it all. Will he find a locally admitted Florida shyster — to take on, and file, his specious motion? We shall see.
