Once, Is A Mistake (“Nyet”?); Twice Is Gross Incompetence… THREE Times… Is… Likely At Putin’s Direction.

The image at right pretty much tells the whole story.

Maddow reported on it, last night — that’s how I came across it. Here’s that bit:

…Ruslan Pukhov, director of the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies in Moscow, confirmed that the planes are Russian MiG-29s, and also said the soldier on the far right in the ad carries an AK-style assault rifle….

Trump’s people ran this first, as a 9/11 “memorial”. It has run at least twice since then. It is hard to imagine how, had Mr. Obama tried any of these things — the then GOP would not have already impeached and removed him. [Of course, he’s an actual patriot, and a competent leader, with real organizational skills, and discipline, at that — so he would never do these awful things.] Here endeth the fourth grade civics lesson.

And perhaps saddest of all — we all know these sorts of plain influence, in the open (or at least, stunning incompetence, in his senior campaign creatives staff) won’t change a thing, for his “base.” They will say he is “trolling the libs“. I will say… my brothers’ buddies (in Vietnam) — to say nothing of my dad’s buddies, in Korea, or my grandad’s brothers (in Europe)… didn’t know they were sacrificing their very lives, on the fields of battle… for this… insanity.
