Trump, aided by John, once again engaged in “turd polishing” — on Friday — of the continuingly-awful US economic data.
The fact is, Trump inherited a nearly completely recovered economy from Messrs. Obama and Biden (who were in turn handed a turd by Bush/Cheney). It is true that COVID-19 would have hurt the economy, no matter who was in charge… but Trump certainly made it worse, rather than better — by ignoring it — while he golfed, for three months.
So this ditch, at right — is 80% his fault. We’ve lost 11.5 million jobs since February 2020.
And John continues to say the worst unemployment numbers, since the 1930s Great Depression… make what he calls a “good jobs report”.
Uh-huh.
Of course, John well-knows Trump cannot win re-election on the real numbers (or on his on record denigrating of our troops, and then captured POW Capt. John McCain)…
So Hinderaker just… lies about it.
